OUR SERVICES

What Distinguishes CDM From the Rest?
CDM services are performed and delivered based on the cornerstone of our service model: the Single-Point-of-Contact philosophy. Each step described below is carried out by your CDM Plan Consultant. Your Plan Consultant serves as your daily contact, plan administrator, and relationship manager. This particular service model offers clients a unique, consultative relationship that provides plan guidance based on the Plan Consultant's experience and familiarity with all aspects of the retirement program.

PLAN DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION

While CDM does provide a one-stop retirement plan solution through a full range of retirement plan options and support, we do not adhere to the "One Size Fits All" mentality when evaluating your organization's needs.

Our first step is to develop an understanding of each client's business and to discuss retirement plan objectives. By interviewing retirement plan decision makers and carefully reviewing any existing retirement plan documents, CDM can help retain the positive aspects of a plan while suggesting modifications that may make the plan more flexible, appropriate, and efficient. This process also allows CDM to demonstrate ways in which participation rates may be enhanced while maintaining plan compliance. CDM offers an IRS-approved prototype document, and can also accommodate individually-designed documents.

CDM offers a full range of retirement plan options including:

  • 401(k)
  • Safe Harbor
  • Multiple Employer (PEO)
  • Profit Sharing (Integrated & Non-Integrated)
  • New Comparability / Age Weighted
  • 403(b)
  • Davis-Bacon
  • Money Purchase Pension Plan
  • Non-Qualified
  • Taft-Hartley
  • 457
  • Self-Directed Accounts

Asset Allocation Model Portfolios

There are a growing number of financial advisors and plan sponsors offering predetermined portfolios as a way to meet the needs of participants who seek a less complicated approach to investing.

Model asset allocation portfolios satisfy the need for asset allocation and diversification while eliminating the burden of participants having to allocate their retirement accounts among individual mutual funds. CDM's record keeping system accommodates these portfolios and permits account rebalancing based on a predetermined frequency.
