Our services allow participants to access account information and initiate transactions in a variety of ways. In addition, CDM prepares all required participant notifications while providing important educational and enrollment materials.
Participant Service Center
CDM’s Participant Service Center allows participants to have their account questions answered by an actual person. Participants may speak to a live call center representative toll-free by dialing 800-539-6554; live representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. Participants may also email any questions relating to their account to email@example.com.
Participants may access their account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via CDM’s automated service center toll-free by 888-203-4015.
Through the participant website, participants can rebalance their account, change their investment elections, access detailed investment information, and much more. Participants can access their account by logging on at www.accesscdm.com
CDM provides a quarterly statement to all participants. Participants may request to receive a hardcopy statement in the mail or an electronic version via their online account.
CDM will prepare all required annual notices for distribution to plan participants. We also provide tax documentation for all distributions.
