You have a direct connection to the individual who is doing the work on your plan and who owns the entire relationship. It also makes for smooth communications between the Plan Sponsor and the CDM Plan Consultant.

Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator (The QKA Designation)
Your CDM Consultant maintains (or is actively pursuing) this important, highly regarded industry designation. Candidates must pass four separate exams, receive two letters of recommendation, and have at least two years of experience with qualified plans. Further, QKAs must sit for forty hours of continuing education every two years. Your CDM Consultant is a true industry professional.
